Serv Inc., found its mission to develop global business service standards while seeking to develop personal standards of spirituality. Working in the corporate service industry for nearly 10 years, Reese Roberts began to notice very distinctive organizational behaviors that parallel that of the human spirit. This later became known as the "Spirit of Business" and developed into several business resources like corporate training strategies and ethical business assessments.
The Spirit of Business teaches that the Natural Laws of the planet apply to all entities on the planet whether they be individual or organizational entities. The training strategy can be used to creating brands, quality products, better policies, higher ethical standards, niche stories, and services.
Our mission is to use this insight to approach business growth in personified terms, essentially offering “Business Therapy” to heal and/or develop business using the scientific and systematic laws of nature.
Q. How did you get into consulting?
A. Working in corporate environments for nearly 10 years learning how not to do things ethically, began to wear me down mentally and spiritually. I could feel my spirit dying as I did everything I could to help it live. I decided to honor my passions for consciousness, teaching, research, and business to develop my brilliant "13 Dimensions" strategy for serving and creating brands.
Q. How does the Spirit of Business help improve businesses?
A. Personified businesses have more potential for healthier internal relationships that are well connected and balanced. Every layer of the business is set on a solid foundation capable of supporting growth. It also means the business is sustainable from an ethical and social perspective.
Q. How has independent study developed your business strategy?
A. Independent study, observation, and research has afforded me a certain type of global view of how the economy of a society should serve the society itself. As an avid researcher of history, science, business, technology, religion, and sociopolitical topics; my strategy includes multiple layers of theories deigned to naturally build any businesses potential to thrive through service and ethics.
Q. What conceptual role does research have in providing purposeful service?
A. Research is near and dear to the heart of service because it offers insight into every part of personal and professional growth. As a matter of fact, research is life! It matters to the success of a business because it lays the foundation from pure and applicable data. Our approach is unique because we execute several forms of research like technical, historical, political, ethical, and introspective data to formulate strategies and positioning.
Q. What does spirituality have to do with running a business?
A. Spirituality is full of very beautiful, well-balanced, and practical Universal Laws that have transformative power when applied internally for cohesion and accountability. In fact there 13 specific applications I have built my business theory on. They parallel almost perfectly to the scientific spiritual journeys of humans and is highly relatable, leading to increased effectiveness and magnified results.
Q. How does personification work as a business technique?
A. Here is a riddle: What does every business have that causes all it's problems? It's people! Humans, human thought, and human perceptions are at the core of every business. These are also at the core of every business problem. With each instance there is a person, a group, or even a department of them either creating successes or creating failures. Our personification techniques allow us to use deeper insight into the similar successes and failures humans often experience throughout life as spiritual beings inside a scientific and lawful environment.

A. Consciousness in the context of modern society. How people and businesses impact, and are impacted by the overall direction of human evolution on Earth. It's mission is to discuss innovative and "out-of-the-box" thinking for the consideration of social influencers to shape a more ethical and conscious future. It is also about service in general.
